It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rodney Holsinger of Nevada, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Rodney is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rodney's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Holsinger and Nora Holsinger (Neale); and his brother Randy Holsinger. He is survived by: his wife Susanne Otto of Nevada, Iowa; his children, Jason Holsinger and Connie Conis (Chase); his grandchildren, Journee Schiber, Harper Holsinger and Charlie Conis; and his siblings, Rhonda Holsinger (Jeff Smith), Ronald Holsinger (Shelly) and Reda Daniels (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Park Snow Bunting Lodge (67464 250th St, Colo, IA 50056).
