With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilbur Morfitt of Nevada, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Morfitt and Ettla Morfitt (Sorensen). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Wilhite of Richland; his sons, Tom Morfitt (Roxy) and Jim Morfitt (Robin); his stepdaughters, Pam McDermott (Jim), Mary Joan Arnold (Stan) and Cindy Chapman; and his siblings, Bob (Barb), Fred (Mary Ann), Mike, Karen Sackville, Sandra Kirk (Ron) and Susan Fairchild (Jerry Carlson). He is also survived by step-grandchildren; six great-grandsons; three great-granddaughters.

Memorials may be made to Families Forward (Bidwell Riverside) or the Nevada First United Methodist Church.
