He is survived by: his wife Roberta Osborne (Briley) of Nevinville, Iowa; his children, Debra Seals (Brian) of Enterprise, Alabama, Jennifer Burns (Jeff) of Centerville, Iowa, Misty Sales of Marshalltown, Iowa, Tonia Montoya of Marshalltown, Iowa and Scott Simpson (Joann) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Doug Osborne of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Joanne Mulay of Corydon and Donna Puglian of Pueblo, Colorado.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
