We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 89, Cletus R. Ries of New Hampton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Cletus departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cletus. Though Cletus may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (101 W Main St, New Hampton, IA 50659). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (114 N Wapsi St, North Washington, IA 50661).
