He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Maloy and Vada Maloy (Fee); his brother David Maloy; his granddaughter Tawny Bethany; and his brother-in-law Dale Calease.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Maloy of New Hampton, IA; his children, Shanon Maloy of Ionia, IA, Joseph Maloy (Danielle) of Charles City, IA, Teresa Werner of New Hampton, IA and Connie Bethany (Ron) of New Hampton, IA; and his sisters, Ellen Calease of Waverly, IA, Mary Eick of Viroqua, Bonnie Dahlstrom (Ken) of Waverly, IA and Nancy Smith (Gary) of Waverly, IA.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (201 N Locust Ave, New Hampton, IA 50659). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Horton Cemetery (1436 Easton Ave, Waverly, IA 50677).
