He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecelia Amelia Mishak (Schupanitz) and Walter F. Mishak of Alta Vista, Iowa.; his sisters, Delores Felder (Jerry), Marilyn Elenz (Leo) and Jean Hilsman (Leroy); and his nephew Richard Hilsman.
He is survived by: his wife Marilee Ann Lowe of New Hampton; his children, Kelly Mishak of Nora Springs and Karla Lee (James) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, KC Anna Rosol (Dustin), Emma Jean Marks (Matt), Jacob Lee (Nicole) and Jessica Lee; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Milo Rosol, Lila, Apollo and Ivy Marks; and his daughter-in-law Colleen Mishak.
