He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Lewis and Lois Lewis (Spore); and his sister Sandra Claus. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Lewis (Gronbach) of New Hampton; his children, Nathaniel Lewis (Jennifer) of Omaha, NE, Matthew Lewis (Dawn) of Pella, IA and Angela Rathjen of New Hampton; his sisters, Linda DeVore (Jerry) of Waterloo, IA and Peggy Gienau (Jeff) of Waterloo, IA; and his grandchildren, Nakia, Kodie, Londyn, Blaze and Jemma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
