He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Goethals; his children, Ryan Goethals (Brenda Berg), Rhonda Wadsworth (Mike Boots) and Jacobi Willits (Dale); his grandchildren, Taylor (Justin), Levi (Lexy), Jared and Mackenzie; his sisters, Marilyn Steffen (Harry Longley) of Bettendorf, Shirley Denkmann of Pope Valley, Fran Brus (John) of Morning Sun and Eileen Urmie (John Meyers) of Nichols, Iowa; and his brother-in-law Dallas Carson of West Liberty, Iowa.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
