She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Seligman and Marcelle Seligman (Oudot); and her siblings, Marie Seligman, Frances Pahl, George, Rene, Harry, Norman, Andy and Bobby Seligman.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Moeller of New Liberty; her sons, Duane Moeller (Lonna) of New Liberty, Russell Moeller (Amber) of Tipton, Brett Moeller (Liesa) of Bennett, Sean Moeller (Deana) of New Liberty and Devin Moeller (Angie) of New Liberty; and her brother Glen Seligman of Bettendorf. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
