She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene and Lila Lee Coleman Mueller; her husband Michael Allen Westerbeck; her brother Billy Mueller; and her grandson Logan Esbaum.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lynn Esbaum (Kip) of Lowden, Patricia Jo Gill-Jones of New London and Travis Eugene Gill (Amy) of Salem; her stepdaughters, Melissa Anne Anderson (Chris) of New London and Jennifer Jayne Loyd (Damon) of New London; her grandchildren, Samuel Loyd (Alexis), Layney Cooper (Judah), Gaige Gill (Maureen), Claire Jones, Laettner Esbaum (Jalen), Elle Esbaum (Mathew Meline) and Pavin Esbaum; her great grandchildren, Mac and Mara Gill; and her siblings, Jim Jr. Mueller (Debbie) of Mt. Pleasant, Tommy Mueller (Cynthia) of Mt. Pleasant, Sharrie Ryan of Keokuk, Vicki Anderson (Arnie) of New London, Cindy Riley (Greg) of Mt. Pleasant, Terri Husky (Gene) of Independence and Debbie Nichols (Rick) of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Children's Ministry at New London Christian Church.
