He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Mary; his wife Sonia Knoke; his parents-in-law, Jessie and June Knoke; his siblings, John, Richard, Les, Junior, Chuck and Joellen; his grandson-in-law Raymond Hard; and his close friend Danny Krusemark.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Montgomery (Luann), Scott Montgomery, Joni Metcalf (Jerry) and Tammy Rivera (Jose); his sisters, Judy Mitchel and Irene Fuller; his grandchildren, Heidi, Kristie (BJ), Ryan, Adam, Tiffany, Bryan (Val), Tiara (Jordan), Falynn, Chelsea (David) and Faith; and his friend Terry McQueen.
