She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Bakula and Annie Bakula (McCaffary); her husband Dan Westhoff; and her son Mark Westhoff. She is survived by : her daughter Ann; her grandson Jon Sodawasser (Dubuque); her great grandchildren, Joe and Jet Johannsen; and her parents-in-law, Therese Bakula, Fred Westhoff (New Vienna), Larry (Mary) and Robert (Debra Shields) of Crete, IL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family as a memorial fund will be established in Ramona's honor.
