He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his brother Glenn; and his parents, Lloyd Werning and Viola Werning. He is survived by: his children, David Werning (Lynnette) of Bradenton, FL, Mary Baker (Carl Westemeier) and Becky Weidenhamer of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his grandsons, Austin Weidenhamer and Mason Weidenhamer. He is also survived by his three children and two grandsons.
