He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Adkins (Jackovich) and Wilbur "Butch" Adkins; his wife Penny Adkins; his siblings, Steve Adkins, Cindy Baker and Lourie Webb; and his nephew Kurt Adamson.
He is survived by: his sister Rhonda Torrez (Christopher) of Des Moines; his stepchildren, Jennifer Page of Des Moines, Eric Page of Nebraska, Nicholas Page of Newton and Bobby Page of Des Moines; his stepgrandchildren, Haley, Braydon Wolfe, Zoe, Zane, Sawyer Page, Cobain, Kelley, Kye Page, Kendrall and Christopher Page; his siblings-in-law, Michael Webb of Ankeny, Donald Baker of Barnes City and Donna Adkins of Seymour; and his aunts, Mary Kloster of Des Moines and Areda Waters of Ankeny. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
