He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John and Iona Mary Ohnemus (Seuferer); his son-in-law Del DePenning; and his sister Marjorie Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Irene Kendrick of Newton; his daughters, Carol Ohnemus of Newton, Christine Emery (George) of Newton, Linda Ohnemus of Grinnell and Janine DePenning of Baxter; and his sisters, Shirley Stephenson and Lila Russell. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
