He is survived by: his children, Tara Howell (John Lee), Brendon Howell (Melinda) and David Howell (Danielle Mulbrook).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (310 S Calhoun St, West Liberty, IA 52776).
