She was predeceased by : her parents, Dale Miller and Ruth Miller (Burk); her daughter-in-law Nikki Burtlow; and her grandmother Norma Miller. She is survived by : her husband Dale Allen Burtlow of Newton; her son James Burtlow (Layne) of Newton; her grandchildren, Bentley, Lara, Benjamin and Ensley; her sibling Jody Guinan; her children, Cher Harris, Angie Bensco, Stacey Ross, Jennifer Guinan and Mike Miller (Laura); her grandchildren, Carlie Wilson and Jenna Miller; her son Jeff Miller (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kelsey Daugherty (Damon), Lauren Miller and Josh Miller; her son Tim Miller (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Carissa Miller, Dylan Miller and Jacob Miller.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rock Creek State Park (5627 Rock Creek E St, Kellogg, IA 50135).
