He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle M. Turner and Mildred A. Turner (Billman); his wife Judy Deaton; and his sisters, Glennys, Carolyn and Barb.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Madzey (Chris), Monica Bruxvoort (Dan) and Delani Turner (Brad Cope); his sister Suzanne Nail; and his siblings-in-law, Jerie Millard and Neil Deaton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
