We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 78, Esther Jean Hunt of Newton, Iowa, born in Collins, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Oris Swaim and Junia Gardner (Alderman); her husband Jay; her siblings, Virgil Swaim, Loretta Smith and John Swaim; and her stepgrandchildren, Casey and Kyle Roland.

She is survived by : her son Troy Morris (Lea) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Alexis Geary (Drake), Lillian Morris and London Morris; her great grandchild Lilith Geary; her stepchildren, Theckla Hendrickson, Tonya Roland and Carolyn Lee Pomikal; her stepgrandchildren, Leslie Gilbert, Benjamin Avila, Jessie Hendrickson and Jamie Hendrickson; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Swaim.
