She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Madison and Carlolyn Madison (Laffoon); her husband Larry Grissom; and her brothers, John "Wayne" Madison and Walter "Eugene" Madison.
She is survived by: her son Michael Grissom of Newton; her granddaughters, Desiree Garcia (Steven) and Chelsea Grissom; her great grandchildren, Roman and Xavier; her siblings, Linda Burns and James Madison (Cindy); and her siblings-in-law, Doug and Sylvia McMullen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
