He is survived by: his children, Shanae Berumen (Andrew), Ruth Byars (Scott) and Daniel Durham; his siblings, Andrea Sleek and Dan Durham (La Donna); his grandchildren, Ariana, Darla, Haze, Madelyn, Emily, Kaitlyn, Vincent, Jaxson and Louis; and his nephews, John, Andrew Sleek and Mark Durham.
