She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald K. Rexroat and Grace M. Rexroat (Bell); her husband James Palmer Sr.; and her son James Palmer Jr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Merwin "Merv" Rexroat and Carrol Wheatcraft (Sharolyn); and her close friend Tanya Dodson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to a charity or organization of the donor's choice and may be brought to the service or left at Pence-Reese Funeral Home.
