She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Meyer and Arlene Meyer (Simbro); and her siblings, Leroy Meyer, Harold Meyer Jr., Brian Meyer, Jeff Meyer, Helen Meyer, Karen Heck and Harriett Allspach.

She is survived by : her husband Mark Housley of Newton; her son Brian Davis (Justine) of Bondurant; her grandchildren, Sam, Parker and Elsie; her siblings, Arden Meyer of Newton, Randy Meyer (Diane) of Newton, Robby Hicks of Marshalltown and Alta Hendershott (Jim) of State Center; and her pet Jake.
