He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ronald Baxter and Beverly Baxter (Larson); his wife Lou Ann Miller; his children, Tina Ricardez, Michael Allen Miller and Brian Lee Miller; and his siblings, Tammy, Robin, Gary, John and Mark.
