It is with sadness that the passing of Norman Osten (Newton, Iowa) is shared. Norman, born on September 13, 1946 in Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on September 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Norman will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lewis and Vera Eleanor Osten (Saak). He is survived by: his wife Jean Nagle; his children, Jason Osten and Allyson Needham; his granddaughter Ashley Coady (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Matt Bushore, Andy Bushore and Marc Bushore (Tami).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pence-Reese Funeral Home (310 N 2nd Ave E, Newton, IA 50208). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
