He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pittman and Betty Pittman (Synhorst); and his granddaughter Adley Gomez. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pittman of Newton; his children, Mindi Noel (Howard) of Newton, Lisa Gomez of Newton and Dawn Bollhoefer (Jim) of Newton; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Kelso, Kaden Kelso, Kaitlyn Noel, Emma Noel, Parker Noel, Gage Gomez, Isabelle Gomez, Claire Gomez, Kate Etter (Jorden), Stephanie Beintema (Luke) and Jacob Bollhoefer (Megan); his great grandchildren, Esmme, Eleanor, Lauralie, Adelaide, Reuben, Haddie, Miriam, Bella, Mercy, Elaina and Sarah; and his siblings, Kay Cross of Des Moines, Fred Pittman (Bonnie) of Ankeny and Luanne Fitzpatrick (Mike) of Newton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory (1115 E 19th St N, Newton, IA 50208-2539). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials to Westwood Golf Course, Home Instead, or Suncrest Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
