It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald E Marvelli of Newton, Iowa, born in Marion, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Marvelli and Lucille Marvelli (Pyle); his brothers, Joe of Sacramento, California and Jack Marvelli of Sacramento, California; his daughter Rhonda; and his former wife Yvonne.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Whittlesey; his sons, Joey (Brenda) of Knoxville, Shane (Lori) of Wisconsin, Shad (Lynette) of Newton, Jason (Stephanie) of Indianola and Ryan of Colorado; his grandchildren, Dustin Marvelli, Nathan Marvelli, Madison Christy (Ian), Jacob Marvelli, Marcelina Marvelli, Anna Marvelli and Tristan Marvelli; and his brother Fred Marvelli (Melinda) of Des Moines. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
