He was predeceased by: his parent Reo Richard Miles; his grandmother Ruth "Granny" Miles; his parent Cyrilla Corina Miles (Olberding); his sister Betty Lou Burt; his son Ronald Dean Miles; and his nephews, Rodney Nichols and Reo Allen Nichols.

He is survived by: his daughter Victoria "Vicki" Kinsey (Eric) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Timothy "TJ" Hoffman Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Jamie Hoffman (Herlyn) of Cleveland, TN, Aquarius Hoffman (Brittany) of East Ridge, TN, Kelsi Cline (Andrew) of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Chris Folsom of Cleveland, TN and Reed Folsom of Cleveland, TN; his great grandchildren, Chance Hoffman, Mike Coggins, Natalie Hoffman, Kimber Sanders, Kylie Sanders, Bri Hoffman, Vladimir Hoffman, Mariella Hoffman, Lilith Hoffman, Willow Hoffman, Raelynn Neff, Ava Lynn Neff, Pandora Cline, Abby Blaze Cline and Rowen Clare Folsom; his sister Lila Marconcini (Ron) of Omaha, NE; his nieces, Roxanne Cabrales, Tina Ainsworth (Tim) and Debbie Nichols; and his nephew Donald Nichols (Shannon).
