He is survived by: his significant other Lorri Carter French; his children, David Verbergs (Vanessa), Joe Bennett, Nick Bennett (Shanna), Eric Carter (Stephanie), Chris Oswalt and Lindsey Houser (Cory); his grandchildren, Payton Carter, Makayla Carter, Colton Carter, Bentlee Houser, Cade Bennett, Tice Bennett, Josie Bennett and Izaiah Urey; and his siblings, Lois Clark (Dave), Sandra Snodgrass (Jim), April Bennett, Brenda Schaper (Mark) and Wesly Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
