He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arickx and Gayle Arickx; and his daughters, Chasity and Christina. He is survived by: his wife Carol Arickx; his children, Casie (Aaron), Josh (Erin), Jeremy (Ali) and Tyler (Liz); his grandchildren, Morgan and Aidan; his great grandchild Ace; and his sisters, Sharon (Bill) and Kristie (Terry).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (106 Chapel Ln, Charles City, IA 50616). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (3531 Orchard Rd, Osage, IA 50461).
