She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lee and Arlene Lee (Ross); her sons, Stephen and Joseph; her brother Dale Lee; her nephew David Lee; and her great-nephew Taylor Curtis.
She is survived by: her husband Terry of North English; and her brother Darl Lee (Ethel) of Carlisle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the University of Iowa Specialty Clinic.
