He is survived by: his wife Mary White; his children, Adam Maxwell, Emily Maxwell Englert (Toby) and Amanda Maxwell; his grandson Sylus Englert; his sisters, Margie Maxwell, Sandy Maxwell, Leigh Ann Chacey and Julie Peasley; his sister-in-law Karolyn White; his nieces, Wendi White and Amy Pitt; and his nephew Jeff White.
Gerry died after over 10 years of fighting multiple health difficulties, many related to Agent Orange exposure, including Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's Disease.
