Mark Worden Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark Worden of North Liberty, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Edward and Bernice Worden (Haberman); his siblings, Ronald, Theodore, Janet Sanderson, Daniel, Robert and James; his siblings-in-law, Robert Richardson, Darla Worden, Dale Sanderson, Nancy Worden, Bill Hoover and Bob Thomson; and his nephew Alan Worden.

He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Sue Thomson; his pet Viola; his siblings, Richard (Gloria), Roger (Phyllis), Kathleen Richardson, Thomas, David (Julie), Mary Morrill (Jim) and Charles (Ursula); and his siblings-in-law, Delien Worden, Sandy Wells Thomson (Walter Wells), Leslie Hoover and Bill Thomson (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
