He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Fluaitt; and his nephew Dylan. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Fluaitt (Van Veen); his daughters, Jordan Fluaitt (Spenser Johnson) and Megan Major (Dwayne); his close friend Constance Blakeslee; his siblings, Mark Fluaitt (Debra) and Cindy Semken (David); his grandchildren, Payton, Declan Johnson, Camden, Aniya Major, Carter and Quentin Blakeslee; his stepson Daniel Blakeslee (Kari); his niece McKenzie Fluaitt; his nephews, Drew Fluaitt and Daniel Semken; and his pet Fookie.
