She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis "Holly" Horrell and Ruth Horrell (Wineke); and her brother Ron Horrell. She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Smith (Gerry) of North Liberty and Amber Mattheis (Josh) of Coralville; her grandchildren, Mykala Smith, Gavin Smith (Sammy), Tavian Smith (Jaianna) and Taleah Brandsfield (Brady); her great grandchildren, Cashius Davis, Ava Smith, Kai Smith and Tavian "T. J." Smith Jr.; her siblings, Jack Horrell (Kathy), Gary Horrell and Linda Andrews (Andy); and her sister-in-law Nancy Horrell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
