He is survived by: his wife Kim (Milligan); his children, Paige Ahrens (Tyler) of Adel, IA, Tanner Curtis of Des Moines, IA and Dylan Curtis of Waukee, IA.; his grandchildren, Henry, Oliver and Chloe; his brothers, Scott Curtis of Marshfield, MO and Mitch; and his aunt Peggy Sharp of Durango, CO.
