He is survived by: his wife Judy Walker; his daughters, Marsha Snethen (Bryon), Charlene Larson (Brett) and Elizabeth Theobald (Rob); his grandsons, Aaron Snethen (Kasey), Alexander Snethen, Zachary Theobald and Ian Theobald; his siblings, Ruby Adamson (Devere), Alice Champlin (Larry), Janet Miller (Max), Bob Vasey (Connie), Betty Griffiths (Bob), Bonnie Groth (John), Mary Wenck and Steve Vasey (Marcia); and his sister-in-law Betty Vasey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norwalk Fire Department or the Arbor Day Foundation in Charles memory.
