He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Pisut and Helen Pisut (Rohaj); and his siblings, Stephen Pisut Sr., Agatha Pisut, Gertrude Zalar, Anna Mae Phalen, Mathias Pisut, Jr., Mary Helen Crabbe, Clement Pisut, Theresa Burnes and Barbara Pisut.
He is survived by: his spouse Raymonda "Rae" Theodore; his children, Anthony Pisut, Christopher Pisut and Gina Pisut (Joseph Pickell); and his grandsons, Jared Shelton and Dominick Shelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association – Iowa Chapter or to St. Augustin Catholic Church.
