He is survived by: his children, Kenny Carlyle (Krishna), Mark Micetich (Erin) and Missy Parrish (Jack); his grandchildren, Kathryn, Kyra Carlyle, Samantha Micetich (Dustin Zotz), Kasidee Micetich, Brayden Raskie and Aiden Parrish; his great grandchild Cambree Zotz; and his sisters, Delores "Dee" Smith, Marcela Doggett and Marge Stickler.
