She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Luther and Opal Marie Calhoon (Twaddle); her husband Earl "Bunk" Rollins; her siblings, Mary Pendgraft (Jim), Robert Calhoon (Patty), Larry Calhoon (Frieda) and Earl Calhoon (Vicky); her son-in-law Craig Herbert; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Rollins (Beverly), Margia Owen and Donna Rollins.

She is survived by: her children, Monty Rollins (Lisa) of Oakland, IA, April Mohr (Randy) of Council Bluffs, IA and Jill Herbert of Carson, IA; her grandchildren, Lindsey Henderson (Rhett), Leigh Bell (Herb), Lauren Schueman (Cody), Mitchell Rollins (Kelsie), Jeffrey Herbert (Jessica), Jolene Jackson and Jeri Herbert-Rowe (Dawn); and her great grandchildren, Elly, Brody, Dawson, Aiden, Wyatt, Adalyn, London, Caelen, Declan, Dixon, Clayton, Marlow, Jakob, Samantha, Madison and Abigail. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
