He is survived by : his wife Sonya Gardner of Oakland, IA; his son Slade of Oakland, IA; his mother Bonnie Bringleson of Oakland, IA; his siblings, Mary Bornhoft (Chad) of Omaha, NE, Rachel Comstock (Randy) of Oakland, IA and Bubba Bringleson of Oakland, IA; his grandparents, Mary Gardner and Bob Bringleson; his mother-in-law Sharon Fender of Carroll, IA; his siblings-in-law, Scott Fender (Deb) of Manilla, IA, Shellie Johnston (Bob) of Carroll, IA and Lori Turner (Mark) of Elliott, IA; and his pet Cisco. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakland Community Building (129 Harrison St, Oakland, IA 51560).
