He was predeceased by : his father Ervin W. Howard; his brothers, Terry and Brian Howard; his parents-in-law, Norman and Gladys Fricke; and his brother-in-law Steve Fricke.
He is survived by : his mother Anna Mae Ellen Howard (Jacobs); his wife June Howard of Ocheyedan, IA; his children, Todd Howard (Sara) of Sibley, IA and Tonja Howard; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Brooke, Ella and Aden; his siblings, Dee Redinius (Mike) of Sheldon, IA and Tom Howard (Paula) of Ocheyedan, IA; and his nephews, Cassidy Voss and Jared DeBerg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
