She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blessington and Bertha Blessington (Voss); her husband Bud O'Tool; her siblings, Melvin Blessington (Beth), Marvin Blessington (Dee), Jim Blessington (Vera), Lloyd Blessington (Blenna), Lee Blessington (Marie), Arnold Blessington (Ethel) and Margaret Teague (Russell); her sister-in-law Isabelle Blessington; and her parents-in-law, William and Colletta O'Tool.

She is survived by: her sons, Rick O'Tool of Sioux City, IA and Dale O'Tool (Carol Allen) of Odebolt, IA; her grandchildren, Dana O'Tool (Chad Hogan) of Allen, NE and Jason O'Tool (Melanie) of Salix, IA; her great grandchildren, Joe Johannas, Joseph Brummond, Kadence Skalisky-O'Tool, Carson O'Tool and Lily Johannes; and her siblings-in-law, Melvin O'Tool of Boone, IA and Carol O'Tool of Glidden, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
