He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia McQuarters of Nederland, TX, Kenneth Rowe of Oelwein, IA, Felicia Ann Moody of Dayton, TX, Larry Rowe (Brenda) of Chanute, KS and Shelia Kay Nixon (Gregory) of Collinsville, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
