She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin Robert and Alice Grace Luther, Sr. (Penter); her husband Myron Bernard Baum; her children, Elizabeth Joan Baum and Christopher Harold McLeish; and her siblings, Barbara Lau, James Luther, Martin Luther Jr. and Donald Luther.

She is survived by : her former life partner Harold McLeish, Jr.; her children, Rebecca Lee McLeish (Kathy Amundson) of Arvada, Marc Luther McLeish of Lakeland and Ethan Myron Baum (Kathy) of Mitchellville; and her stepdaughters, Sarah Baum of Denver, Amy Baum of Iowa City and Jennifer Baum of Iowa City. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces; nephews; and cousins.
