He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph MacMahon and Velva MacMahon; his wife Beverly Jean; his daughter Lori Walston; and his brother Dean MacMahon.

He is survived by: his children, Dawn Thornburg and Kelly (Todd). He is also survived by his four grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
