With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy E. Tyler of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Boone, Iowa, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George William and Lois Jane Salmon (Loder); her stepdaughter Melinda "Linda" Teague; and her siblings, Rhonda Miner and George "Sonny" Salmon.
She is survived by : her former life partner Dennis Lee Conner; her husband Les Tyler of Oelwein; her children, Robert Conner (Laura) of Oelwein, Georgia Conner of Sumner and Connie Conner of Sumner; her stepchildren, Marvin Tyler (Martha) of Maynard, Marva "Babe" Wood (Walter) of Sumner and Dean Teague of Randalia; her brother Dennis Salmon (Shirley) of New Hartford; her brother-in-law Richard Miner (Geri) of Dewitt; her niece Deeanna Donovan (Craig) of Dewitt; and her close friend Shirley Darsidan (John) of Davenport. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren: many great grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are suggested at the visitation and service.
For many years she volunteered at MercyOne Oelwein Medical Center, the voting polls and was an advocate for organ donation, signing up over 4, 000 people.
