He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lamphier and Artis Lamphier (Stempfle); his brother Terry Lamphier; his parents-in-law, Howard and Irma Franks; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Brown and Corey Naslund.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Franks of Oelwein; his children, Kellie Carlson (Mark) of DePere, WI, Nathan Lamphier (Kiana) of Jesup and Nicholas Lamphier of Oelwein; his grandchildren, Trevor, Alec, Kendra Henniges, Kael and Kamri Lamphier; his siblings, Kevin Lamphier (Katrina) of Galveston, TX, Nancy Naslund of Eden Prairie, MN, Vicki VanEngelenburg (Don) of Naples, FL and Glenda Hesse (Mike) of Fairbank; and his sibling-in-law Pat Linder (Tom) of Robins.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
