He was predeceased by: his parents, Dell Frazer and Ruth Frazer (Coselman); and his brothers, Patrick and Warner Frazer. He is survived by: his wife Jean Frazer; his children, Regina Larsen (Frazer) of Oelwein and Greg Frazer of Oelwein; and his grandchildren, Ashley Rubino (Frazer), Zackery Frazer, Katie Frazer, Alexander Frazer, Damian Frazer and Darian Frazer. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
