He is survived by: his wife Lisa Peckham of Oelwein; his children, Shane Peckham of Oelwein, Jody Westendorf of Oelwein, Jennifer Westendorf of Independence and Jamie Westendorf (Dan Bantz) of Oelwein; his grandchildren, Tristan Green, Tatum Green, Haley Westendorf, Makenna Wrieden, Jayven Meike, Samantha Bantz, Alyssa Bantz and Danielle Bantz; his great grandchildren, Maverick Hancock and Cecilia Green; his brother Robbie Amen (Shelly) of Oelwein; his stepfather Ron Herron of California; and his stepsiblings, Galen and Cheryl of Oregon.
